Dr. Holli Lish is a board certified audiologist with 21 years of audiology experience. Holli’s impressive range of experience includes work in hospitals, schools, clinics, and private practices, where she has developed a reputation for expert and personable care.

Holli is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, The Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and the American Academy of Doctors of Audiology, in addition to being certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Holli’s educational experience includes a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T Still University, a Master of Arts degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.

Besides helping people improve their lives through better hearing, Holli’s other passions include fitness, good food, and spending time with her husband Jeff and their two teenage sons.

Maryann McCullough Nikander, Au.D.

Maryann McCullough Nikander, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Maryann McCullough Nikander is a board certified audiologist with 29 years of audiology experience, including time spent as an instructor for Temple University’s master’s degree program. The majority of her experience, however, has been devoted to helping her patients hear better through compassionate, individualized care.

Maryann is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, The Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and the American Academy of Doctors of Audiology, in addition to being certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Maryann’s educational experience includes a Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University, a Master of Arts degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

In addition to Maryann’s impressive experience, she’s also known by her patients as outgoing, funny, and caring. Just ask her and she’ll tell you all about her latest hiking trip, her outdoor adventures, or her upcoming travel plans with her husband and six children.

Rachel DiBenedetto

Rachel DiBenedetto graduated from Temple University in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Science with a Certificate in American Sign Language. Rachel joined the practice in order to gain first hand experience in a private practice setting. ​She is currently training as an Audiology Assistant as well as helping wherever she can around the office! In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, volunteering, and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Mowgli.

Andrea Mihalich, HIS

Audiology Assistant/Hearing Instrument Specialist

Andrea Mihalich graduated from Temple University in May, 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Science with a Minor in Psychology. Initially trained as an Audiologist Assistant and working in that capacity for over a year, Andrea also completed a six month apprenticeship studying to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist. In October 2016, Andrea passed the Pennsylvania state exam to be a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist. Andrea is now available to assist with ear mold impressions, hearing aid checkups, testing and more! Andrea also acts as our insurance coordinator and third party specialist. In her free time, Andrea enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.​

Carolyn Thompson

Carolyn Thompson

Carolyn Thompson, a graduate from LaSalle University, has 15 years of experience working in various medical fields from mental health, primary care, veterinary care and now audiology. Carolyn joined the practice as she was looking for an opportunity to provide care and service on a more personal level. She loves getting to know the patients and their needs and working with a wonderful group of professionals who are not only very compassionate but also very passionate about hearing.
Carolyn enjoys volunteering, cooking and entertaining with family and friends, reading and spending time with her husband, two college aged sons and adorable cockapoo.
